Get your day started with a HIIT. This is a 30 minute workout that will get you moving for the day. Great for anyone looking for a workout, from beginners to regular workout enthusiasts.

Meet at the track at 7am every Tuesday and Thursday starting June 20, 2017. This is a free drop in class.

What is HIIT training?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!
