Joan's Health & Fitness provides wellness services that include personal training and body analysis, fitness classes and stress reduction therapies.

Joan has a degree in Physiotherapy and is experienced in both fitness trianing and massage therapy. The holistic treatments, both theraputic and relaxation, are varied and affordable. They include: massage, rheiki, ear candling, and more!

Fitness Classes

Winter Schedule:

Monday - Pilates and Weights - 5:15 - 6:15 pm

Tuesday - Zumba Aerobics and Toning - 5:15 - 6:15 pm

Thursday - Strong by Zumba - 5:15 - 6:15 pm

Saturday - "The Best Day" Class (Yoga,Pilates, Zumba, Strong by Zumba) - 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Sunday - Stong by Zumba - 3:00 pm

Summer Schedule:

Saturday - "The Best Day" Class (Yoga and Pilates) - 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Gym Area: Treadmill, Elliptical Trainer, Rowing Machine, Bicycle and Abdominal Trainer.

10% Off for Students:  Swedish Thai Massage, Ear Candling, Rheiki, Foot Baths and Massages.

Drop-in Fees:

$8 for 60 minute classes
