Joan's Health & Fitness provides wellness services that include personal training and body analysis, fitness classes and stress reduction therapies.

Joan has a degree in Physiotherapy and is experienced in both fitness trianing, massage therapy and ergonomics. The holistic treatments, both theraputic and relaxation, are varied and affordable. They include: massage, rheiki, and more!

Fitness Classes

Winter Schedule:

Monday

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm - Pilates and Weights - Combining upper and lower body strengthening with progressive free weights and abdonimal, hip and lower back toning.

Tuesday

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm - Zumba with Marie - An awesome workout of dance to great music with great peoploe and will burn a ton of calories.

Wednesday

10:00 am - 11:00 am - Retired but not Tired - A workout of weight lifting and circuit training.

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm - Zumba with Marie

6:45 pm - 7:15 pm - Strong by Zumba with Anna - A 30-minute high intensity interval training.

Thursday

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm - Yogalates with Joan - Integrating yoga stretch, breathing meditation and gentle core strengthening.

Friday

10:00 am - 11:00 am - Retired but not Tired! - A workout of weight lifting and circuit training.

Saturday

11:00 am - 12:00 pm - Yogalates with Joan - Integrating yoga stretch, breathing meditation and gentle core strengthening.

Sunday

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm - Strong by Zumba with Anna - 30 minutes of high intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation.

 

Gym Area: Treadmill, Elliptical Trainer, Rowing Machine, Bicycle and Abdominal Trainer.

10% Off for Students:  Swedish Thai Massage, Rheiki, Foot Baths and Massages.

Fees:

$10 drop in fee per class 

$80 punch pass for 10 classes

$80 membership per month for unlimited classes
