Combined with our catering partners we will meet your needs by incorporating indigenous and local menu items. Our venue is ideal for social gatherings, art showings, training, business meetings/conferences, sit down dinners and workshops. Included in all rentals is the initial set-up of chairs and tables. Items such as a projector/laptop, kitchenware, flip charts, tablecloths are also available to renters for a fee. Combined with our catering partners we can meet all your needs.

Roaring Rapids Hall

This large wooden log building provides a warm Northern welcome to all guests. Roaring Rapids Hall is an ideal venue for conferences, business meetings, staff training, sit down dinners, large social gatherings, cultural ceremonies, trade shows and even concerts. The hall can host up to 200 people, or 180 for a sit-down dinner. Included in the rental is the use of a full Kitchen/Bar area with 3 fridges and two large stoves and ample counter space.

Pelican Rapids Inn & Conference center is currently a 41-room full service facility with a restaurant, dining lounge, gift store, and pub which offers accommodation and associated amenities to local, regional, national and international tourists and travelers. For business travelers, we offer a wide range of facilities such as 80 capacity conference and meeting space, including WIFI, projectors, screens, 8ft /5ft portable white boards (2), teleconferencing, flip charts, small white board on a stand, and speaker system with blue tooth capabilities.

Fort Smith Ski Club

The Fort Smith Ski Club has a newly renovated clubhouse with a fully functioning kitchen, a cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings only minutes from Fort Smith. A great gathering spot for meetings, parties and social get-togethers of any kind. A beautiful deck off the top floor adds an extra element in spring and summer!

St John’s Anglican Church Hall

Fort Smith Recreation Centre

The gymnasium at the Fort Smith Recreation Centre is a hub of community activity. It is an ideal place to host community feasts, local arts performances, conferences and more. The downstairs movie theatre room is a more intimate space where you can showcase films, power point presentations and presentations to smaller groups.

Fort Smith Centennial Arena
Location: 13 Rupert St.
The Fort Smith Centennial Arena is an active place all year long with live trade shows, music concerts and dances in the summer, and skating and hockey in the winter. The upper mezzanine is a heated area with a food preparation/bar space that is ideal for hosting small dinners and socials.
Arena ice surface: 700 people with exhibitor space for 90 booths
Arena fee: $125/hour; $40/hour for youth groups
Upper Mezzanine: Up to 50 people, includes canteen/food/bar service area
Mezzanine fee: $55/hour; $35/hour for youth groups. Other fees may apply.
