Evacuation Alert ended! Fire Ban downgraded to Fire Restriction.

As of September 28, 2023 the Town of Fort Smith has removed all evacuation notices and has downgraded the Fire BAN to a Fire Restriction!

Go to the South Slave section.  South Slave evacuees (Hay River, Enterprise, Fort Smith, K’atl’odeeche First Nation) who are evacuating by road to Alberta should proceed to the nearest open reception center as listed.
