Did you hear about Wood Buffalo National Park’s first annual Dark in The Park? To celebrate our eleventh year as Canada’s largest dark sky preserve, Parks Canada is inviting you to join them in two days of fun activities on August 17th and 18th 2024.
The activities will include:
• Bottle rocket launching and decorating
• An owl prowl
• Night sky viewing and astronomy program
• Planetarium shows
•Cosmic tie dye
• Night sky painting
• Camping at Pine Lake Dark Sky Observation Site
